Return policy:
- All items will need to be tagged, unworn and in original, unopened packing.
- You will need to bear the cost of courier charges for sending it back and Maya’s Closet will refund the cost of the items to your bank account.
- All return requests need to be made upon receipt of the parcel and return item must be received by Ukto Pakistan within 7 days of being received by the customer.
- Refund will be done once returned items are received.
- No exchange or return on sale items.
- No exchange or return on books.
- No exchange or return on milestone cards.
Exchange policy:
- All items need to be unworn, in original, unopened packing with tags attached.
- Please send the item to be exchanged, back to us within 7 days from the date of when the parcel is delivered.
- Courier charges for the return and exchange will be paid by the customer. Rs 200 will be charged for sending the exchanged item.
- Exchanged item will be couriered as soon as the original item is received.
